ExportOpLocatie is responsible for processing personal data as described in this statement. You can reach us at [email protected] or 085 333 5133.
What data we process
When you submit a request we process your name, phone number, e-mail address, the licence plate, the location of the car and anything you enter in the comments field. For the export itself we process the data required by the RDW and the insurer, such as details from your ID.
What we use the data for
To contact you, schedule the appointment, handle the export, arrange the export insurance and comply with our legal record-keeping obligations.
How long we keep data
Requests that do not lead to an appointment are deleted within 3 months. Data on completed exports is kept for as long as the law requires.
Sharing with others
We only share data with the RDW and the insurer, as far as needed for the export and the insurance. We do not sell data.
Cookies
This website does not place tracking or advertising cookies.

You may access, correct or delete your data. Send a message to [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
